We prefer not to tell delegates what they should and shouldn’t be doing but to work alongside them in order that they can themselves identify areas that need focus. They are encouraged to devise their own strategies and approaches to address these areas. This ensures that any learning suits their individual style and personality and really works with their existing strengths.
