As a journalist and camerawoman, Pamela has worked across ITN's entire news output covering some of the world's most memorable events, including the Northern Ireland peace process, the death of Diana, Princess of Wales and the fall of Sarajevo. Despite all this, the highlight of her broadcasting career so far was interviewing George Clooney.
A national television presenter and reporter, Susannah cut her TV teeth as a video journalist. She also spent 10 years in the RAuxAF leading the RAF's combat camera team on media operations around the world and training senior officers. A highly experienced financial journalist, Susannah regularly presents business programmes on radio and TV, chairs panel discussions (in English and French), facilitates conferences, provides voiceover for film projects and leads presentation and video skills courses.

A professionally qualified and highly experienced broadcast journalist., Clare's background is in TV and radio news. She has worked for both the BBC and UK commercial stations over 20 years, broadcasting to regional, national and international audiences, as a reporter, presenter, producer and online journalist. As well as leading media training and presentation skills sessions with clients, Clare regularly hosts corporate events, moderates and facilitates business round tables and produces programmes about business and technology.
After a successful career in publishing sales, Louise decided to focus on the element of the job she had the greatest passion for – sales and communication training. She has worked with numerous companies across the publishing, retail, legal and finance sectors. Louise works closely with clients to understand the challenges of their business and create bespoke training solutions. As one client put it, “...of particular note is her ability to get to the 'nub' of a training and development issue and provide delegates with appropriate tools to apply”.
From more than 15 years managing marketing and creative teams in the legal and financial services industries, Paul brings commercial experience and an understanding of managing video projects from the client side. As a partner in the business, he writes and produces video projects and works closely with clients to ensure that, whatever their video, conference or training needs, UKVS delivers a highly polished, professional and cost effective solution.
A television news presenter and reporter Jane offers a wealth of experience to clients requiring realistic and effective media training. She works in news, features and documentaries as a presenter, reporter, producer, and narrator for both the BBC and ITV. As a journalist, Jane has covered national news specialising in health stories. and has even presented at 15,000 feet, during a parachute jump after just 20 minutes training. As well as leading media training projects for UKVS clients, Jane presents and facilitates conference and events, and provides her familiar voice to videos and podcasts.
Susanna is our voice training specialist and works with clients in groups or on a one-to-one basis. She has worked as a radio journalist, presenter, news editor, trainer and, as News Project Manager, she was responsible for managing the training and development needs of nearly a hundred journalists throughout the country.
Since leaving GWR (GCAP) she has worked with the BBC, written for magazines, provided specialised voice coaching
and speech-writing for clients and also works in charity communications.
